RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us for any returns or exchanges within a week of receipt. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the goods, we would really appreciate it if you could please contact us and explain the problem before leaving a negative feedback.
We are not a large company, we will allways answer your queries and try to find with a good solution.

Exchanges for a different color or model are possible. All additional shipping costs will be on the customer. 

Some of our products ship now for free. There is a shipping fee included in the price, that we have to pay at the post office when we ship the goods. In case of returning the item this fee will be deducted from the refunded total, in most cases it is around 10 euro- 12-13 usd.for bags and 3-4 eur for smaller coin purses.
